2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and spiritual usage reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened or used personal care and herbal products

  • Puja samagri once opened or used

  • Energized, customized, or specially prepared spiritual items

  • Products without original packaging or missing components

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:
